A treadmill desk is a great way to target a sedentary work environment. Instead of sitting at a desk, you can stand & walk to boost your metabolism, increase muscular activation, blood flow and help avoid a lot of the negative impacts that sitting has on the body. You can raise or lower the height of the desk to get a good ergonomic position. Speed can also be varied starting at 0.6km/hr and going anywhere up to 6.4km/hr.
