Returns and Exchanges

Customers are entitled to return where wrong goods are delivered in which case a return exchange is offered. Refunds are available only where the product is dead on arrival and an exchange is not the customer’s preference. In these cases shipping will be at Infiniti’s cost. Please assist by providing copy of invoice or other proof of purchase when returning goods for exchange or refund.

No goods will be accepted for return unless prior arrangement has been made with Infiniti Fitness and a Return Authority number has been issued.

Delivery

Deliveries can be made nationwide. Orders are processed within 48 hours from payment. Deliveries once dispatched to capital cities are generally overnight on the Eastern seaboard. If shipping to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory some extra travel time needs to be allowed. Regional orders usually take an extra day for delivery.

We can supply you with a consignment number to track your delivery once dispatched from our office.

Currently we are offering free delivery anywhere in Australia.
